But underneath, you feel tense, anxious, or constantly “on.”

This workshop is for people who are high-functioning on the outside and quietly fried on the inside — and who are tired of advice that sounds good but doesn’t always translate into real life.

In High-Functioning but Fried, we’ll explore:

  • how anxiety and overwhelm tend to build over time

  • why certain high-functioning patterns can unintentionally keep stress going

  • what’s happening in your nervous system when you feel constantly on edge

  • how therapy-informed tools are meant to be used (and why they can feel hard to apply)

This is not therapy, and it’s not a vent session.

This workshop is for exactly that: people who are high-functioning on the outside and quietly carrying a lot on the inside. No toxic positivity, no big promises, no pressure to “fix” yourself perfectly.

how anxiety and overwhelm build quietly (even when you’re “managing”)

why the patterns that help you get stuff done can also keep the stress looping

what’s going on in your nervous system when you feel wired and tired at once

how the tools we learn in therapy are meant to work (and why they can feel hard to apply when you need them most)

This is a structured, psychoeducational workshop—insight + practical, evidence-informed approaches you can actually use in real moments. It’s not therapy, not a vent session, not a quick fix. It’s a gentle shift toward clarity, steadier calm, and trusting yourself more—without adding more to your plate.
